Second to None Our Military. Hope You Like The Stories and Pictures. Thanks For Dropping In.
God sees what you’re going through. He knows what wasn’t fair: the lonely nights, the pain, the heartache. The Scripture says, “He’s collected all of your tears.” He’s been right there with you. He’s not going to leave you brokenhearted.
God is merciful. You may go through seasons of weeping, seasons of sorrow, seasons where it’s not fair, but it’s only a season. It’s not permanent. It's not going to last a lifetime.
God’s plan for your life may be different than those around you. It may be out of the ordinary, not a traditional approach. Only you can hear that voice. Don’t let the fear of what people will think keep you from your greatness.
When you say something kind, it can seem like a simple thing, no big deal. But those words have incredible power. Proverbs 16 says, “Kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.” You can make someone healthier by speaking kind words.
Sometimes, we get upset over what didn’t work out, what seems unfair. But maturity is when you come to a point where you say, “God, my life is in Your hands. I trust You to open the right doors. And God, I trust You with my closed doors.”
Don't be against yourself. You don’t need another enemy. Be as good to yourself as you're to others. Be kind to yourself, be merciful to yourself, be loving to yourself. We think because it’s us, it’s okay. It’s not hurting anyone else. But it’s not okay. It’s hurting you.
Jesus said in John, “You didn’t choose Me; I chose you.” God handpicked you. He chooses people that don’t look like we'd expect. You’re who God chooses. He sees what’s in you; He knows your potential.
When someone hurts you, does you wrong, if you keep thinking about it, then you’re letting them continue to hurt you. Don’t give them your power. You have to let it go. Give it to God.
Sometimes we let the pressures of life—the traffic, what somebody said, a challenge at work—keep us from enjoying the day. We think it’s just another ordinary day, but there’s no such thing as an ordinary day. Every day is a gift from God.
The Scripture says, "What God has blessed no man can curse." The blessing on you is more powerful than any betrayal, than any negative word spoken over you, than how you were raised, than people trying to discredit you.
